2022 Grand Prize

$500 Donation

Nothing feels quite as good as helping others. That’s why this season, our Grand Prize Winner will earn the right to direct a $500 (that’s Canadian dollars) donation to a “good cause” of their choice. It might be a food bank, an animal shelter, your local historical society, or folks trying to find a cure for cancer. In fact, it can be any cause that meets two simple criteria: First, in must be an incorporated nonprofit or registered charity (that keeps everyone honest). Second, it can NOT be the Colony of Avalon (because gifting the prize back to ourselves would definitely be dodgy!)

So put on your thinking cap and get cooking for your good cause. And while you’re at it, get your family and friends cooking for your chosen cause too. The more entries, the better your chances of paying it forward.
